Pitbull is now the voice and creative-mind behind Sheets Brand Energy Strips’ Hispanic marketing campaign. If you are not familiar with the company, Sheets is an alternative method to get an energy boost via paper thin, strips that dissolve in your mouth. “I use and I am a true believer in Sheets,” Pitbull said. “I am also extremely proud to be in charge of this new national campaign as I look to help energize, inspire and empower the Latin community.”
He is also a co-founder in the company that was founded back in June of 2011 by PureBrands and is spearheading the marketing effort that will be promoted through a variety of media outlets such as broadcast, radio and movie theater spots, and a commercial featuring the recording artist. The commercial spot shows him opening a pack of Sheets while he breaks down what the energy strips is in a Spanish voice-over: "It isn't a shot, it doesn't come in a big package, it's effective, it's quick, it fits in your pocket." Furthermore, the commercial is part of the brand’s national Facebook competition aimed at finding the next Sheets commercial through fans submitting videos to the company’s Facebook page (www.facebook.com/takeasheet). The winner can expect their video to be aired on national television and in movie theater spots this year.

In addition, the company has several other celebrity partners that have invested or partnered with Sheets. Drake and Lebron James are two of the more prominent ones.
