According to the Los Angeles coroner’s office, the 44-year-old rapper, Heavy D, died of natural causes after collapsing at this Beverly Hills home on November 8th. Craig Harvey, the coroner’s office spokesman, announced that the Jamaican-born entertainer’s death was contributed to his weight and a transcontinental jet flight. In addition, other factors involved with his passing were pulmonary embolism, a leg vein thrombosis, and arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease. The popular rapper, whose real name is Dwight Errington, became famous for his buoyant music in the late 1980s and early 1990s, and is considered a pioneer in the hip-hop music scene.
