On Thursday night, December 22, the 20-year-old, Tyler, The Creator, was arrested on the suspicion of vandalism in his hometown of Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, he has been released on a $20,000 bond after a Roxy staff member phoned the authorities about the rapper destroying a Roxy Theater's electronic soundboard while he was at the theater performing alongside Odd Future. The entertainer was said to have been arrested in front of his mother who was in attendance according to sources.
Moreover, this is not the first time the controversial rapper has had a run-in with the law. Last May, he was arrested in West Hollywood on minor charges before being released. In addition, Left Brain, a member of Odd Future, was charged for assaulting a photographer named Amy Harris this past October at a performance. She claimed that the artist had struck in the face. In more positive news, Tyler, The Creator is currently working on his third album, "Wolf," that is set to be released in May 2012. He has announced that he has drifted away from rapping about rape and the decapitation of body parts that crammed his previous album. He declared he was bored with the gruesome topics.
